Sold my mobile home and current tenants were given more than 30 days to move. After they turned in the keys they said they were done moving out. After inspection they left several items and trashed and damaged the house. How long do I have before I can sell the items of value. --24.227.xxx.xxx |

If they have turned in the keys sell what you can , throw their junk away and take them to court for the damage and anything else they owe you.

Exactly what Larry says! When they returned the keys to you they intended to leave you with the stuff they didn't want in their new place--or didn't want deal with on their move out. It is yours. Recoup whatever money you can whatever way you can. Your choice if the damage is worth the time and effort to find them and the cost of going to court. --108.87.xx.xxx |
