Not only have I not noticed any changes in my area, I do not see any place for said changes to actually happen. --47.227.xx.xxx |

It just looks like a big opportunity for more government graft. I foresee a lot of millions flying into pockets over "studies" that must be done before going forward.
The current administration is actually doing something about housing by removing 10 million low income renters. That should help a little bit, at least in some areas of the country that are currently quite crowded.
As we know here on Mr Landlord, in most places, there is no shortage of housing. The shortage is of persons qualified to actually live in a house. --76.178.xxx.xxx |

Not sure passing this bill had impact; lots of building going on in a suburb that butts up to Milwaukee. That particular suburb is already overcrowded and I feel the leaders are quite greedy for $$ for unecessary "cosmetic" changes to the local library.
So there's that, like I said don't know if the planned building that hasn't begun has anything to do with the bill passing.
On another note, the company my brother-in-law works for started highrise housing downtown Milwaukee that has not finished due to the high interest rates. It's been a couple years now; they are waiting for an interest decrease. --23.118.xx.xxx |
