I just saw a notice from Menards that they have Larson screen doors for sale for only $99. I haven't seen those prices in several years.
It seems like an opportunity to stock up if we are going to be changing them out in the future.

I removed them all as tenants departed.I never understood having them paired with a main door, especially in a C area. Only location for screen door is back porch. --172.59.xxx.xxx |

My rental houses have screen doors. Glass. That's how I like it. Yes some screen doors are not cared for well and are abused. But I pay only for the first one. After that it comes out of their security deposit or billed back while living there. Sure sign of a single family home that's a rental... no screen door. Apartments i don't usually see screen doors. But single family home... yes. $99 even better! I find the cheap doors aren't usually a good investment and don't hold up well. Usually I pay more and there is a difference forsure in quality and durability. To each their own. --172.59.xxx.xxx |

I still have not put screen doors up at my house.
Been seven years or so. I don't like them at home or in rentals.
Wife still wants one installed, at least for the front door. I have yet to get it that high on the priority list.

No swinging screen doors. Sliders, okay, but no swinging ones. We've removed them over the years as they break. We live in a high-wind area and NO ONE latches them properly ALL the time, they rely on the auto-close function which NEVER latches them properly and then an unexpected wind comes along and BOOM. Broken door.
