Watters shared, “Hakeem [Jeffries] has a lot of hookers…. in his district. There’s so many johns lined up for a piece of the action, Google Maps says there’s a traffic jam.”

“Now, AOC had the same problem. Her home turf was packed with prostitutes last year. Neighbors called it a ‘red light district.'”

The person stated, “I’d like to propose that Los Angeles consider a pilot program for free hygienic sexual relief clinics, primarily serving the homeless and unhoused. This means equality. It means private sexual relief through masturbation, or where appropriate and consensual, with a partner. All funded by public tax dollars and managed with professional oversight. It’s about allowing the homeless to have the same comforts and privacy that we have today.”

“And Karen Bass is building an entire mini city to go with it. It’s a village of tiny homes for the homeless. 84 huts are already up, open for business, hundreds more under construction.”

“Move in, you get AC, 3 meals a day, and security. It’s like my dorm room freshman year.”

“But every time a junkie gets free goodies or a John hires a hooker, a taxpayer moves out. They go to Florida, they go to Texas, or they go to the ‘burbs. Adios, America.”

L.A. has a serious homeless problem. Over 50,000 living on the street. When a partner let the City rent a downtown retail space to house 40 beds, everything went well, until I checked.

I handed business card out to homeless mothers on the run from their abusive husbands. Each time someone showed up for a bed, the City Run Shelter turned everyone away, saying they were full.

So during a rain, I got a call, that the sky light is leaking water..

So at 9pm I drove to the property next door, owned by my partner. Put up a ladder to the roof and viewed into the main room with 40 beds. Only THREE (3) beds were in use.

You see. The City gets paid from the State $200 per night per bed. $200 x 40 beds is $8,000 a day. Split that between the Mayor, the State Inspector and the Shelter workers -- we are talking about big money.

I built 10 container homes for the homeless, with permits. On multi-use unwanted property left over from the Orange Bus line extension. After I rented the 10 container homes to section 8, I got arrested for renting out illegal structures without a Certificate of Occupancy. I had two certificates per structure. One during the construction and one in place.

Since my container city was an inspiration and on the fast track with the State, the city made me sell it to them.

Then the City gave another builder/container modification company for a contact for 500 homes. The company was local. My cost per container home ranged between $20,000 and $40,000, depending on size/bedrooms.

The City charged the State $100,000 per container, half my size.

Before the first new container city was open to the public for renting, I came in with my special equipment to detect toxins in the air. There Containers were designed out of Office Materials with Toxins to prevent mold. No suitable for human habitat. I got the EPA to condemn this new location and stop the manufacturer from delivering to the City a bad product.

Visions of grandeur

Sounds like a business opp for the hard charger business type! Either buy a van and become a CA vanlord or become a shacklord and rent out the van or shack for 30 minutes at a time to junkies looking to shoot up drugs with government funded hypodermic needles or a quick "date" with a LA street hooker? The new California business model under Gavin Newsom - love shack state? LOL

Yes, there are numerous free Syringe Services Programs (SSPs), also known as needle exchange programs, operating throughout California. These programs provide sterile syringes, safe disposal containers, naloxone (Narcan), fentanyl test strips, wound care supplies, and referrals to health and social services at no cost.

Los Angeles County: Numerous providers exist, including the LA Community Health Project, Being Alive, and the Sidewalk Project, serving areas from Hollywood to Watts.

How meth riddled would a hooker have to be to provide "sexual relief" to the homeless? And who is going to pay her?

I think all they would end up with would be a bunch of private little shacks containing passed out drug users who use those little shacks as a nice place to shoot up.
