I find few people have a real concept of what a billion really is,...
if you have a billion one dollar bills,..and you laid them end to end ,
they would stretch out to 3 and one half, around the at the equator,.

Money is a strange beast - how the government dilutes it is even stranger. Real estate is the perfect tool to battle dilution on two fronts. The value of the asset typically goes up especially when money is diluted. At the same time the value of that debt is reduced by inflation.
If you went a billion dollars in debt back in say just 20 years ago, the money would be worth 1.6B while the debt would be worth only about 60% of that amount. --98.17.xx.xx |
