Home Depot Stores are as only as good as their general managers.

One store manager was a mom with 5 kids. Being home with the kids was twice as hard as being at a store with 250 employee's and issues every second.

I had a personal professional relationship with her. Until the Regional Home Depot supervisor stripper the store manager of her ability to "Change" thing to help a client.

So I needed around $40,000 in roofing goods for a rental property of mine. I ordered the roofing goods, to be held in the back storage room, so I could pick it up the next day when ready. I got word to return the next day for pick-up. I showed up with trucks, vans and trailers. Someone in the store put half of the roofing materials out on the general floor, and got sold at 7am.

When I showed up Home Depot only had 1/2 of my order left.

They removed my contractor bulk discount since I only purchased $20,000 worth of goods, not $40,000. Even though another store had enough to fill my order, and my guys went there to pick it up. Neither store gave me my extra discount.

So for the next six months, My Home Depot Business and Personal accounts went from $100,000 a month down to almost nothing. When questioned by the Los Angeles Sales Manager, designed to help get contractors business, I told him how the women manger did everything right, but her male regional manager refused to help and tired to destroy her success.

Home Depot did nothing after that to make things right. So a client of mine owned several Home Depot properties. I gave him $1 and as a partner, gave Home Depot a notice of non-renewal.

Now I got their attention.
