What minimum credit score do you require for rental applicants, and what class of rental is it?

Everyone has a passion. Im looking at what happened. What did you(they) do about it and where are they now. Im looking at 2 months back statements. If they are telling the truth. And cooperation. Usually that is a 600 credit rating but that is not the deciding factor. It's just part of the picture. A welcoming home visit to wherever they live now tells alot.
