The Landlord filed a complaint with the City, on the sought after "Work" which isn't within the Scope of City Inspectors, which doesn't rise to a "known" violation. No Code, covers the complaint.

The City ignores the complaint filed by the landlord and fines the landlord over a Thousand Dollars. So the Landlord hires a "Known" attorney, known by the AOA (Apartment Association). He writes articles and give classes at AOA conventions.

This seasoned attorney files a "brief" with the courts/city. Stating the violations have been cured long before the City fined the landlord. And the fines should be reversed and the City needs to apologize to the landlord for inappropriate actions taken against him (the landlord).

Then the City does something too incredible to believe. The City files "charges" and a complaint to the California State Bar against the attorney. Why? Because this attorney file a complaint stating a Nonresistant

Violation. There is no Code or ligament covering the topic. The City wants to attorney to be disbarred.

So the State Bar sends notice to the Attorney that he and his firm is under review for taking a case, helping a landlord, tying to state facts over a non issue. The Landlord showed the State Bar, at their downtown offices, the City's notice of Violation, Fine and Actions on this matter.

This is one of those posts that needed to have BS placed in front of it.
