I've been hearing about ClearNow and I'm thinking about giving it a try. I have an apartment for rent, and I have a question for landlords who are already using ClearNow.
Has anyone signed up and successfully used banks like Chime, Netspend, or GO2bank to receive rent payments through ClearNow? I'd appreciate hearing about your experience.

I currently have one, and may have had two other, Chime users with Clearnow. No problems. --172.59.xxx.xxx |

@Deanna, so what you saying is, you are using clearnow to receive rents from tenents without an issue? --129.0.xx.xxx |

I searched my texts for tenants who mentioned having Chime accounts in discussions about their rent. One was active, two were in the past. I'd have to pull their files and check their routing numbers to see how it was set up.
Chime partners with banks, rather than being a bank itself.
But yes, I use Clearnow without an issue. I like how the pricing is independent of the amount of rent that it drafts, which makes it economical for my LCOL numbers.
And I also use Clearnow to draft from tenants with Chime without an issue. --137.118.xx.xxx |

@Deanna Thanks! Just to clarify, are you also using a Chime account to receive the rent deposits as the landlord, or are your tenants paying from Chime while the funds are deposited into a different bank account? I'm specifically trying to find out whether landlords can use Chime or any other prepaid bank as the receiving account. --129.0.xx.xxx |
