So about 3 months ago I had a hoarder tenant who I ended her lease due to hoarding and a fire hazard. Everybody said I was a a bad guy for kicking her out for no reason.

Fast forward to today. She moves to a new apartment and is smoking a cigarette with their oxygen tank on and burns the entire apartment building down to the ground. I got so lucky I followed my gut instinct --172.58.xx.xxx

On one hand I happy for you, on the other - I have had my largest unit torched before intentionally.
