Has anyone ever used this product in your rentals?
If so, how do you like it?
I am thinking this might be great for rentals and make rehab a lot faster, but might be difficult to install in older homes.

How do you cover the holes from hanging pictures and shelves?
Personally I do not see it as a viable alternative to sheetrock, but I am interested in hearing from anyone who has used it in a resi building. --47.227.xx.xxx |

One thing I have long considered but never done: a Picture Rail or a Picture Hanging Rod. Basically either a shelf for placing pics or a curtain rod of sorts near the ceiling, and people can hang pics and stuff from that on ribbons or wires, as they did in the "olden times."
I used to have one in my own house because the breeze in my hallway where all the "ancestor portraits" were hung was like a wind tunnel and was always blowing pics down no matter what kind of hardware I used. The picture rod worked great to keep them in place.
We have several houses with painted paneling and repairing holes in those in no fun. --173.18.xx.xxx |

I believe that Oreo does this as well with good success.
How does hanging with ribbons from a rod keep the pictures from moving when in a wind tunnel?
My concern was them blowing around and either dinging the walls worse than a screw or making extra noise on a duplex. --47.227.xx.xxx |
