How many of you that rent singlewides, have ceiling fans in them? We have a few. The renovation that we are doing had a fan in the low ceiling bedroom but they wrecked it. Handyman says he doesn't think it is a good idea to replace it, too dangerous if it hits a kid in the head on the bed.

The living room and master have a taller ceiling. --216.126.xx.xx

Climate. We have ceiling fans in every room. We are about to change out old ones to more modern flatter ones but we live in the south, as do you, Pat. Ceiling fans essential. --173.18.xx.xxx

WMH, you might want to do some research on that. I don't think they move air as well. They seem to be designed more for looks than function. --73.19.xxx.xx

I was thinking the same as 6x6.

She may be talking about the built-in dim LED light models. But then you can change wattage. Or you can't buy the replacement light, or the price is the same as the whole fan.

To make the room look bright and clean. We usually get a 3- or 4-regular bulb model. --73.99.xxx.xxx

They can use floor or window fans. $20-30, not higher prices and damage. --174.84.xxx.xx

6x6, I have two of the flat fans, both sons have 2, one has 4.

They move MORE air than the bladed ones. LOTS more air. And the light is changeable and dimmable.

We are happy with them so will be using them in rentals as they have dropped in price. --173.18.xx.xxx
