State Specific Question About: TENNESSEE (TN)

I put all new flooring and had all interior painted in my rental and i thought i was ready to list it. However, I found that a few of the floor tiles in front of the fireplace were damaged and my floor guys left off the surrounding trim. Should I go ahead and list the house anyway? The pictures are going to reflect the minor work that needs done ( Which my handyman will be fixing). Or should i wait until he is done with it and then list it? I thought about listing it now and putting a notation in the description letting potential renters know about it and that the repair will be made shortly. --50.116.xx.xxx

List it now, but do not include a photo of the fireplace area and as soon as the flooring is fixed, add a photo of the fireplace area to your ad. --76.178.xxx.xxx
