The NYS Assembly is within DAYS of moving the REST Act (rent control for upstate NY) to the floor for a vote.

Please call and/or email your Assembly member IMMEDIATELY and urge them to tell Assembly Leadership NOT to bring the REST Act up for a vote this year. Find your assembly member information here:

The REST Act will only serve to lessen the supply of housing as small mom and pop, often more lenient, housing providers sell.

Saw a feed blub about actors being hired to act as zombies. They showed up and found out it was for a landlord association who was actively complaining about the REST ACT. The actors got mad and refused it.

Something like that.
