I just watched a you tube video showing how AI can now make fake ID's and more that look so real most can;t tell. Any picture, any info. Fake job ID's, fake passports, fake driver's licenses.
I'm looking for a way to verify potential tenants. If this stuff is so good, we need a way to spot the fakes. --50.36.xxx.xxx |

I am seriously thinking about selling the rentals and returning to just buying fixer uppers, repairing them and flipping them. I know that does not produce long term passive income because as soon as you stop fixing them up and selling them, the cash flow stops BUT I can do this inside my Roth IRA and avoid at least some of the tax, depending on the details and any changes in the tax laws. Then I can roll some of the profits into other stuff like timber or oil wells.
I can't wait until flying cars become the regular thing but it likely won't happen in my lifetime. If it did, I'd immediately start a company to build domes over people's houses to protect against flying drunks crashing through the roof and also one to bury power lines to keep them from getting tangled with the cars. Right now, if I landed a flying car at the local grocery store the cops would probably show up and give me trouble. More likely though, any type of car like that will be closer to a hovercraft than a quadcopter. But either way, less pothole problems. --50.36.xxx.xxx |
