It was with great pride that Dot and Jeffery inducted the two newest members to Landlord Hall of Fame. Both members are active on the QA forum and have been leaders in helping guide other landlords.

I appreciate your flattery, but it was Jerry Wimberly of Nashville Tennessee who got inducted into the Mr. LL Hall of Fame.

I'm not sure of his handle but Jerry has been an asset and contributed his expertise for many years at the conventions and retreats.

Well deserved

The military teaches us that an error will not become a mistake if you correct it. I indeed make a huge error and owe a couple of folks a heartfelt apology.

Jerry from Tennessee was bestowed the honor of being inducted. When Jerry walks into a room, people can sense leadership entering. It is clear that he served in uniform and he carries that servant leadership style with him as he develops the next generation of landlord leaders. What will amaze you is he is able to do all that while overseeing hundreds of doors.

Notwithstanding however, Jerry in NC is also an accomplished landlord and published author. I have even read his book and give it two thumbs up. It seemed like a scaled down version of a book by David Krulac (David provides hundreds of examples on how to buy real estate and that can be overwhelming for some).

Leave it to a Yankee to confuse the names of two outstanding southern gentleman, Gerald and Jerry. Once more my utmost apology goes out to both of them. You both are rockstars in my book and both deserving.
