Just to chat and no real reason:
I just got home from repairing a light fixture. Three bachelor brothers live there, They are enormous guys with huge mountain man beards, like towering giants.
The "welcome mat" says "Come Back With a Warrant" . The walls are covered with taxidermy ducks, the furniture is early bachelor comfortable.
My immediate reaction when they applied was Hell No! But they all have serious professional jobs, they all have credit scores right around 800. They have fantastic landlord and work references.
The rent is paid early, the house is spotless, the lawns are mowed, and they are so pleasant to work with.
Books and covers and all that. That is why the application is carefully run, no matter what your gut says about the applicant. --76.178.xxx.xxx |
