Is Bier premium plus a good paint for rentals, or would a different brand work better such as Sherwin Williams Valspar? Both would be egg shell --172.96.xxx.xxx

I would use Sherwon Williams. Anything from the box stores is watered down junk. We used paint from all of the box stores before switching to SW. One coat on same color for move outs and we make up the minimal price difference with time savings. Ask for the business discount and the price is almost the same. --4.7.xxx.xxx
