As for the woman having the work around for pay stubs I do not see that happening for those that require the stubs.

I stopped with the one man talking to himself about rent going up after a year but the place is the same condition and he made all payments on time. Whining about why does the rent increase. Hmm, taxes, insurance, labor and materials for all places, not just his. Also making the payments on time is your responsibility. You don't get a sticker because you did what you agreed to do.

When people complain about things like that I want to change the policy for them. I will not increase the rents by 3% annually, but every time something happens that costs money for that single place the tenant has to pay for that increase.

People who do this usually will not qualify on credit.
