When you do owner financing, can you also use agent to serve this transaction?

Have you done any owner financing in the past when you sold your property?

What can I offer in terms of this traction be a win win? Do people look for an owner financing housing at all?

yes you can but in this market why? list with an agent and get cash and let the bank take the risk, they know how to evaluate risk better than you do --98.98.xx.xx

There's significant legal risk involved in doing owner financing for a non-investment buyer. Unless you fully understand the underwriting process, I would steer clear. --99.64.xx.xx

Alice; in TX you can do ownership financing with a wraparound if you still have a mortgage on the property, certainly you can more easily if you own 100%. But I will suggest you follow Ken’s advice. --146.75.xxx.xxx
