State Specific Question About: PENNSYLVANIA (PA)

Originally there was a lease and security deposit between the owner and the tenant. The owner turned the property over a property manager. The property manager started a new lease with the same tenant. Now the tenant is moving out.

Should the move out condition of the property be compared to the original lease time of the owner and tenant or compared to the new lease time between the property manager and tenant? --174.59.xxx.xxx
