a lot of companies are getting out of insuring buildings 5 units or higher around here

try state farm but they ask a lot of questions if the electric panels are updated

try erie insurance through an independent broker. not sure if you can get it directly from them --172.59.xxx.xxx

Try Lloyd's of London and Erie Insurance. Best to consult commercial insurance agents. They found these two companies for me. --45.134.xxx.xxx
