ALERT [Updated March 26, 2025]:

All entities created in the United States — including those previously known as “domestic reporting companies” — and their beneficial owners are now exempt from the requirement to report beneficial ownership information (BOI) to FinCEN. Existing foreign companies that must report their beneficial ownership information have at least an additional 30 days from March 26, 2025—until April 25, 2025, for most companies—to do so. Brad, I heard on the REI meeting 4/8/26 the "D"s are appealing the Texas judge's ruling of 3/20/26 declaring it unconstitutional.

The stricter requirements were crafted under 46 (which is ironic--more money laundering occurred under 46 than any other IMHO).

I have the PDF presentation if anyone is interested INCLUDING the new Purchase Offer contract which is now 10-11 pages in length.
