it is amazing how many people with paid off houses loose them to non payment of taxes, i mail them multiple times then they still get foreclosed. been tracking several people who were given houses from deceased parents and still couldnt keep them.He stopped communicating when i told him i dont make loans. i told him to get a job for awhile but he didnt like that idea. 2 or 3 years from now he will be really mad if i win the auction and show up on his doorstep --98.98.xx.xx
