The comment about edibles is most likely a lie.
The only time I would consider the applicant is if everything else on the app checked out perfectly and a two minute home visit didn't reveal any smells (of any kind) in the property. --165.85.xxx.xxx |

Sorry but MJ use is not for the ambitious. I know there is legislation pending to stop "discrimination" ™ against medical MJ use in housing, but MJ generally leads to apathy and lack of motivation on the job front.
I'd find something to DQ him on. Vapers are in the same category as excessive tattoos (Neck, head, fingers etc), menagerie of unkempt uncared for pets, tobacco smokers, ESAs, drama. Rent is not a priority. Generally speaking.
Separating from wife? Children? Child Support payments$$$$$ or else DL suspension and jail=no employment=unable to pay rent. --64.246.xxx.xx |

I smoked for years. From the time I got married I NEVER smoked in our house.
Every winter she was sure I would quit.
Been 26 years since I quit, still get cravings on occasion.
But if I have a no smoke policy it if for the entire property. I have one tenant who smokes in her car only. Odd, but I'm ok with it because she was there before the no smoke policy started. --47.227.xx.xxx |

I was once a 2 pack a day smoker. I tried quiting several times but when my youngest daughter was born in 1996, I decided to quit cold turkey and haven't picked a cigarette since then. You lose the physical cravings with the first 48 hours or so. It's mental from there. --23.28.x.xxx |
