That's awesome.
I have never bought one from someone in jail. I did buy one from a man who's son was in jail and he needed the money to pay for an attorney. --70.166.xxx.xx |

Last deal I did with a long term inmate,
it took 124 days to get a Notarized Signature,
from Her.
I blame the incompetent Lawyers office, in TN.
Tennessee buyer and Mississippi Seller,
in the Delta Women's Prison.

Great.
Tell this inmate that you will give him a referral fee on any other leads he gives you.
I'd bet he is not the only one with a problem like this and you might help him and some others as well. --172.222.xx.xxx |

Heck, you might go to all the other jails in your area and make the same offer. Just sayin'. --172.222.xx.xxx |

Richard might be on to something. Spread the word among your contractors laborers, guaranteed they know someone in jail. --24.152.xxx.xx |

I had mailed him a letter because he is behind on taxes and last day to redeem is may 30,his mother got it and told him so he called me.he owes $17000 in taxes and about 8 small judgments, $50- $1000 mostly court related,he was given the trailer from his dads estate which still has a $12000 judgment attached his dad.I talked to his mom and she is living there with no electric which also means the well doesnt work, she isnt using the toilet either.she claims previous tenants used too much electricity and burned out the breaker box, i am thinking her son maybe using grow lights? not sure why he is in jail.I can deal with the drama but dont want the taxes, judgments and repairs for a mobile home.My broker said to send the guy a bunch of my company t shirts that say I BUY HOUSES and my phone number on the back --138.197.xx.xx |

What is the ground under it worth?
30k all in? Plus you get a potential tenant from the get go.
She obviously isn't the best, but something to work with.
I'm being naïve I know, but can they wear outside clothing in the jail?
Maybe send cartons of smokes with your info on the boxes? --47.227.xx.xxx |

Sounds like a nice double Ken. Toss in that marketing angle you are truly making deals out of nothing.
I absolutely don't understand why more investors don't create their own good luck. My guess is fear. But I am absolutely grateful, they don't do much, at least in my own backyard. --67.140.xx.xxx |
