I would like to hear about tools that would be adventitious to have and use in a downward marketplace.
Having a subject matter expert talk about status of the market would also be good. The federal housing finance databases are not being kept up all that well
Marketing empties and countering the scammers would be awesome.
Improving Marketing for new purchases assuming there isn't going to be a meltdown

I would like to get additional info about Trusts. Maybe a little more in depth about set-up, insuring when you have a mortgage and using them when you sell on contract or RTO.
Although I am still a young pup I would like to see someone talk about options when it is time to stop managing properties.
The latest AI info would also be great.

Hey Jim, Good News! After I saw your post asking about George Antone, I gave him a call. Just a couple of days ago, he was working to rearrange his schedule to speak at the Convention. He now says it looks like he will be able to join on us on day two of the Convention.
