Landlords, after 20 years of being a landlord I have decided to sell. It look like I picked a bad time with rough winter. My realtor listing expires next month, and I don't think I should renew. I know DOM doesn't look good either. I do see some properties selling in this district, and my sale price is in the ballpark. It's also mixed use so can be residential or commercial and I currently have a unit open for showings. Should I just rent this empty unit or extend the sale agreement with realtor?
