The bigger concern I would have, is when the tenant takes and makes the place unsafe or unhabitable, so they don't have to pay rent. Then again, if you are buying in a location where they have such rules in place or for that manner in any way restrict the incoming flow of capital into an area, what kinda results would one really expect?
