Hello all:
At the convention was it DoorLoop who was one of the sponsors and did a talk on their product. I have dealt with too many tenants and slept a day or two since then and cant remember. Thanks all!

Josh, if you go to our landlordconvention.com website and click on "Sponsors" link at the top of the page, you will see all the sponsors who were featured and their contact info.
I'd also be curious to know for those of you who attended our convention, which sponsor (and their product or service) did you find the most helpful and have considered using. --172.59.xxx.xxx |

1031 Corp has saved me more than $65,000 since the convention. As a coupon clipper, that is a lot of Sunday new papers back in the day.

He has helped me TREMENDOUSLY. You can actually call and TALK to a real person and get real advice. Ya gotta do Self Directed properly to get the HUGE tax free benefits so it's great to ask about this or that before you do it.
I send people to them. Each of my offspring have accounts with them.
OdorXit - odor is the hardest thing to "clean up" at turnover.
I use Legal Shield A LOT! I spend less per year on LegalShield than a one hour consult with my local atty.
