So I reached out to Jason about some mass marketing. With winter coming, I am alright using various methods. So I have an add on Zillow and have gotten plenty of NQ tire kickers.

One person reported that their credit score is between 350-550. I let them know that they didn't qualify as I am looking for 620 or higher for this class C townhouse. She replied saying that her score was 693. I replied back saying that zillow doesn't agree with score.

Sure enough she said "I will show you a ss"?

I replied "I don't believe you are a good fit good luck with your search." I am not wanting any un-solicited photos.

She then texted me with here it is.

Folks, miscommunication can happen even without knowing it. Communication is key to managing the tenant landlord relationship.
