Ray-n-Pa, that seems unnecessarily complex. I do the following.
Gross income (expenses) = net income.

Sorry Rick I don't right the reports.
The numbers that jump out:
Cost of sales in our industry means the percentage that you pay monthly to the bank for principle......this says 23.58% which seems rather low. Another 6.3% in interest on that principle amount.
The net profit - what you make after the bills get paid and depreciation is factored in is 2.94%
Repairs are just over 5%
