got a call from a young lady. she said her grandfathers brother told her to call me because i would have an answer for her.she and boyfriend paid off a land contract but the deeded owner never gave them the deed,deeded owner died a month ago.she says she has original document and it was notarized and can show money order receipts for every payment.i sent her to a good attorney but did tell her if she decides to walk away i will give her 10k for her position if the paperwork is in order.A friend of mine knows the deeded owner and family and said they are dirtbags who intentionally dont give the deeds and chase the people out.I will sue them, this will be fun if she decides to sell it to me --167.172.xx.xx

zero- i expect she wont be able to pay the attorney,they paid it off 3 years ago and havent paid the taxes but cant pay the attorney now. it might be as simple as a letter from the attorney to the wife and it might be a full blown lawsuit. --167.172.xx.xx
