Just sharing something GOOD

While I was over at my mid-term rental yesterday, working in the yard, one of the residents came home.

We exchanged friendly greetings, as usual.

He rolled the trash toter back in from the street & I (again) thanked him for taking care of that each week. (it is his contracted, agreed-to responsibility, but it's always nice to acknowledge it once in a while). He- "No problem : )".

He told me he's thinking he would like to stay for about another year, because his job selling time-shares is really going well. And I know he's been enjoying different leisure opportunities in the area.

He already extended twice & is on month-to-month now.

I'm like "OK!" He takes good care of the place, always pays on time via Clearnow, is friendly/communicative/cooperative.

What more could you ask for?!

Oh, yeah: no turnover & his rent for his half of the building is more than what the whole place would have rented for as a LTR single fam.

I LOVE dealing with the mid-term professional residents!
