Ken, in your experience, how many years of non payment of property/school taxes lead to it being put up on the auction block?

generally if a city is doing a foreclosure it is 2 years and if it is a county doing the foreclosure it is 4 years but since covid none of them seem consistent. call the tax office and ask, i usually call and ask how much is owed on a given house and when will it be eligible to be foreclosed --98.98.xx.xx
