Find the person with the best track record of selling the kind of thing you want to sell.
Also, decide ahead of time what's more important to you: prioritize speed or prioritize price. If you want to prioritize speed, be willing to do what it takes to come to an agreement with an interested buyer. If you want to prioritize price, be ready to let it sit for as long as it takes to get the number you want. If you end up getting both-- a high price offer very promptly-- that's amazing. A deciding factor would be one that will do -
Pictures, A Video and Doesn't use the word "Perfect."
