Hey NE - we just had a Zoom demo with Tenant Turner. Turns out they are "Showing Coordinator" from Buildium! So linked and integrated so yay.
We were pretty happy with the demo - tell me how you are liking it? Maybe tell me what you DON'T like about it?

Yes, we did, 6x6, based on NE's mention the other day. Quick and easy to schedule online, and it was a live demo on Zoom.
Then it turns out though they are already integrated with Buildium under a different name so that was a good surprise. No set-up to deal with it - it pulls from all the work we've already done.
And yes, Small Tater, it is an add-on fee - a FRACTION less than if you buy it separately. It will be billed through Buildium as a separate line item charge on the monthly bill from them so that's convenient.
It's also monthly - so we can quit at anytime. No contract.
And since our goal is to get everything under one roof from a management perspective for the kids, instead of ad-hoc stuff we've designed, we've think we've decided to go with it. Tax-deductible biz expense and all that. --72.82.xx.xx |

I don’t like that not doesn’t have a “vacation mode” when I don’t have any vacancies. I wish I could shut it off when not needed. So it still costs me $100 a month or I lose all my data. I like that I can tailor prescreen questions to what I need and if the prospect doesn’t answer correctly, they get denied. If I catch them lying to try to cheat the system I can decline them forever and they can’t reapply to any units unless they change their email or phone #. It’s a great system. It pulls our property data from Buildium so I don't know if it loses it if we stop for any length of time - but I would assume they don't want people turning it on and off. Fully rented/no vacancies would be a nice option! --72.82.xx.xx |

Blackout dates are another thing I really like with tenant Turner. I can shut off an entire day for scheduling repairs, etc. or if I want to go away for the weekend and don’t want prospects emailing me dumb questions the whole time about the unit. One unit I have listed now, there is some construction work going on next door and I know a few of the guys working at the property, so I have all my showings scheduled for late afternoons when the construction is over for the day or on the weekends. --24.152.xxx.xx |
