This post will probably be mostly off topic to most of you but may be interesting to others.
I had a tenant inquire about my rental and was trying to search on FB, which I am still trying to figure out, and see if I could find any evidence of smokers, partiers, doggies or the like. Then something popped up into 6x6 world and intrigued me. This is what grabs my attention.
That said, in relating it to RE and rentals, while reading the article and the history, and trying not to go down a rabbit hole, I started thinking about some of Ray's talk of marketing and was seeing how they marketed, of which they believed in. It also made me think of what Ray and Brad mention about adapting to changes and recognizing the upcoming change.
I hope everyone enjoys the whole history though. I have a book that I received as a kid that tells of "all" the automobiles up to that time but this one is not in there. I printed it off and added to my information. Just apply the marketing part to RE if you want or enjoy 6x6 world. C.R. Patterson & Sons Automobile Company.
