I hope he can afford to buy a house, because no LL in their right mind would ever rent to him!
New screening question: "Do you now or have you ever belonged to a tenant rights group?" --104.230.xxx.xxx |

It's funny how in tenant rights groups, it's never the single mom raising 3 kids working 2 jobs and just getting by that are the vocal proponents. It's always the ones that have routinely taken advantage of people and power. I guess you have to have no morals to take up these causes. I'm sure somehow it is a scam to line his pockets. --209.205.xxx.xx |

He can afford to buy a house 10X over as his family has been grafting for decades. Not surprising though, a sleezeball taking a sleezeball job. --64.246.xxx.xx |

I can't see how using his name brings credibility to anything that is not immoral or illegal. --107.147.xx.xx |

In the province of Ontario it can take 8 months to evict with rent arrears where the minimum credit score is 700 and above. One time there was default evictions where if tenant did not show for hearing the next step was sheriffs office. Rent arrears is straight forward. For problem tenants the never ending merry go round comes to end where they have only one option is community housing formally called the housing authority. Once they go into rent arrears the next option is homeless. The government funded extreme left wing tenancy advocate actually own their homes. Move some squatters into those houses then see if want to provide free, free utilities for make illegal to evict then see if they try to lobby the politicians to change the laws. A chocolate bar at the store you will charged with theft. One time went to provincial housing office then ask why the provincial government was funding homeowners. Three months later those reactionaries went defunct. One sold his house in the capital Ottawa then moved to Toronto where the municipal government continued to fund. Some of them are scammers where they answer phone but take money. Like all jurisdictions landlord and tenant acts are provincial or state not federal. Politicians will say one thing where in reality they know that will never work. As long as there is democracy then consitutional rights where landlords could sue as there is right to earn a living. --216.110.xxx.xxx |
