Thanks for all the words of wisdom a few weeks ago. I was trying to get a low offer accepted, and the seller's agent was not helping much, despite the property sitting since February. I walked away, as suggested, painful though it was! I did leave the door open. That was July 23. Today a text from the seller's agent: Hi DD, just wondering if there is an improvement in the purchase price for XXX.
I am looking at another property, super close to the main transit line, which is #1 for the property I buy, which will become a rooming house. This first house has an overall "better" price broken down by room, and has parking and is on the main biking/walk trail through town,so I am interested to see how low I could get them. Doing two properties is not an option at this point. Suggestions please?!?
