Does a landlord have to serve each tenant individually with a 3 day notice for non payment of rent?

Are you the landlord or the tenant? Is this a roommate situation? Who's name is on the lease? Is there subleasing involved? --172.59.xxx.xx |

Plenty's questions are important.
In general, all tenants on the same contract who are jointly and severally responsible for fulfilling that contract will receive a notice addressed to them all. --72.218.xx.xxx |

Both should be included in the eviction paperwork.
In my area I just have them served at the property. Some places make you serve them in person.
Three day notice I would serve to the property. They should already be aware of the fact that it is coming. All names on the lease should be included in the notice. --107.147.xx.xx |
