I'm used to getting some bad ones, but this tops all. Around 20 separate student loans totaling around $45k. All have 25 percent late payment.
One car with 75 percent late payments!
And at least one eviction...within the last six months.
I didn't know the credit score went that low!

I just had an applicant put their credit score down as 650 on my pre-screener, but then they filled out the application and put their score as 400-450 lol. I asked them which was correct and they confirmed it was 450. Had they been honest from the get, they would have saved themselves $100. Money in the bank! --165.85.xxx.xxx |

I charge $50 per adult and most don’t balk at it. I think it’s a hoot when they lie on the pre screener just to get a showing. I had a women from the next door apartment complex apply for one of my 2 bedroom units. Her income, from public assistance, was the same price as my rental. She needed to have good credit and income three times the rent, plus a deposit.
She never complete the application. Not Social Security Number and not signed. I did not process her because her application and accompanying documents were nonresistant.

Five years ago, I got a local applicant with a cs of 380. In our market there literally is a "wrong side of the tracks" part of town just south and to the east of the railroad tracks where flop houses abound. 2 months ago I had a applicant that is 24 years old and has gone to jail every year for the past 4 years. Then he skips court gets a warrant. Gets arrested on failure to appear. Goes to court then doesn't pay the fines gets another arrest warrant. I'm thinking if you would rather go to jail then pay 400 in fines why would you ever pay rent. --76.10.xxx.xx |
