If you use yard signs, where do you buy them? I am considering a new vendor and have found Dope Marketing in my searches. I was hoping if I could get some reviews from the crowd for building up my collection.

I assume you are talking bandit signs and not for rent?
I am interested in a few for rent signs that have the website and QR code on them.
Figured they will look better than the red and white signs you get at the box stores. --149.34.xxx.xxx |

Another helpful note - make sure that if a local print shop makes these that they don't do something stupid like cut the corrugated plastic/cardboard sheets the wrong way. Make sure the lines run up and down - not across --98.17.xx.xx |

Ray, they cut the sheets the other way for wind control when you put them on telephone poles so they dont double over from the wind. local shops cant compete with price with the national companies --74.77.xx.xx |

RayRay,
For rentals we use a red house shaped yard sign with the heavy duty H frame and a bumpersticker on it with our website.
SanzoSpecialities.com
They are not the cheapest but easily recognized as my brand. last a long time / reuse, and the red/white is very visible as folks drive by.
My bumpersticker has an arrow so these double for corner/directional signs.
Ron Legrand teaches to have 2 or more signs in the yard so I also use their heart shaped "Home to Love" sign in the yard.
FWIW We also run pennant streamers from the porch eave to the sign.
Local investor also posts in his projects and rentals "We Buy Houses - We bought this one!"

I typically get bandit signs put up within a quarter mile of the property that is on my mailing list. If the property is at 150 Main Street for example. my bandit signs go at the 100 Main Street corner and at 200 Main Street.
I want to remind this person who is losing his home that help is out there. --98.17.xx.xx |
