I finally got a media giant and a world famous Lawyer to assist me just a bit. They are "going" to run a story on City Based Corruption with Los Angeles governmental big wigs. Since the story is about being "accused", not proven guilty, the story can run with enough evidence to cast doubt on the "honesty" of City Officials. The Mayor has refused an interview, noted in the story. On the chopping block are two Judges, Several Department heads of "housing", and many supporting members.

I have proven charges against me and that I provided "proof" that the charges were manufactured by city officials, to advance their personal agendas. Only to be re-cycled for further torment against me.

Just last week a Judge said that i was at fault for not bringing my concerts to the City Attorney for review. I kindly informed that Judge that I did contact the City Attorney and laid out my facts. The response, "The City attorney is not here to help landlord, but instead to aid the City in the prosecution if Landlords that have violations, fines and open cases". Then the City attorney began a systematic prosecution against me, first trying to collect my guns so I had no chance of self protection. I won all three cases against me trying to limit my access to my rentals or owning any defensive weapon.

Robert - This post is one of the most believable ones you have posted in a long time.

The only true part that I question - is it even newsworthy, saying that government is looking out for itself and not people.

I wish you the best of luck with your outcome with this matter. I have to ask though, why aren't your thinking about the outcome either way? If you lose - you are chum for the system. If you win, aren't you also chum for those bureaucrats that you just embarrassed?

Good luck with that. The incredibly anti landlord biased article that was recently published in our local fishwrapper would not even consider having an extremely well written op-ed by one of our LL group members.

I'd love to read the article as well. I'm concerned you will be burying yourself further by bringing more attention, but from watching enough of the news we all know what a whack job the major and Governor of your State are.
