I haven't been to that one. I do recall going to the show in San Diego hosted by SDCAA maybe 25 years ago. That show made a lasting impression. I was awestruck listening to a speaker, Kay Collins talking about the challenges of managing 27,000 rental units. My jaw dropped.

The vendor part of the show brought together more than 130 venders and rounds and rounds of speakers. It was truly an all-day event. You had to save money by attending it. I believe there was about $10 entry fee. --67.140.xx.xx

Bonanza, I've spoken at a couple pf the NARPM state conferences in Florida in the past. Each time, I've found that the most of information presented by other speakers was very beneficial for both landlords and property managers of single family homes.

In fact, it was at one of their events as I watched how these professionals taught how to interact with residents, a revelation first hit me. There was no reason a landlord of single family homes could not present and truly see themselves as a property manager to their own residents (instead of the landlord) and be taken seriously. --172.59.xxx.xxx
