Va landlords, don't forget to print off copies of the latest tenants' rights. It's 6 pages.
I'm passing along info that was given to me a few years ago.

FWIW, VA recognizes electronic signatures and documents. So you should be able to provide the document via Docusign (or however you sign your electronic leases) and get a signature. It does not appear that a PRINTED version is required. If you go to court, though, of course print the signed document to give to the judge. --173.28.xx.xxx |
