This is long overdue because I did not know what to say.

AND Convention motivated me so much I have actually been WORKING!

At Convention I was truly honored along with my good friend Ray N PA by Jeffrey and Dot.

If you weren't there, Ray and I were the first honorees inducted into the new MrLandlord Hall Of Fame for our contributions to other LLs on the forum, and given a beautiful glass award with a clock in it.

I need to open a public office just so people can admire it!

It was totally unexpected. I was shocked and overwhelmed. I did not know what to say (Me? Can you believe it!!) because I was choked up.

I whispered to Dot "You're gonna make me cry."

If that was not enough, as Jeffrey was describing the next honoree without disclosing the name yet, multiple MrLL friends called out my name. Wow.

And my son was sitting next to me, witnessing his Dad being honored. Priceless.

So this post is to officially thank Jeffrey and Dot, like I should have done at the moment, and those friends who called out, for this amazing honor.

I attribute much of my wealth and FREEDOM!!! to Jeffrey's teaching and encouragement, and Dot's friendship, along with great advice from my friends here on this forum.

LLing can be lonely and disheartening but visiting this forum each night and the MrLL events teach me and motivate me.

Seminars, books, and tapes moved me from amateur, banging my head on the wall, to wealth beyond my wildest dreams.

And for those who think it's all just hype..."Did ya see the car?"

You have inspired me. Who can not be motivated by your willingness to share and your battle cry of FREEDOM!!!!!!

It’s because of the Taylor’s, you, and the Mr LL community that I am retired from my day job and now 100% into rentals.

So thank you and everyone else for the inspiration and the knowledge that it can be done and here is the path.

Some people are not natural risk takers but if shown a path they can follow. Thank you to everyone who had helped show me the way

Brad and Ray deserved the award for sure.

Jeffrey and Dot enjoyed their gift, and so much more.

I know that we were happy to see it all happen in real life. We are excited to see what the next phase of the journey will be.

Car, what car do you speak of? Oh the one with the spare umbrella in it?

I was humbled and honored. It is a pleasure to help guide people on their journey. What makes a great road trip? Never exactly knowing where you are headed to.

Dot and Jeffery have done so much to help the landlord community nationally and have asked for nothing to speak of in return. They really don't hold training sessions to make money. If they were trying to do that they would be charging real money for the training in making each of us into multi millionaires. Instead they want to hear success stories, your trials and your tributes. This race is a true marathon. You will have both good and bad days.

It would not be a stretch to say that in the darkest of days that I have experienced, their wisdom, a long with other regular posters - gleaned through. As a retired Senior Chief I served in three war zones. I thought I could face some of the toughest challenges. This job can and will challenge you beyond what you are ready for. I am thankful for having the systems and support that was required, when over three dozen families and businesses needed me the most.
