You bet your bippy it is. I've actually had a higher quality of applicant via craigslist! And even WORSE than zillow? In my area Facebook Marketplace and it seems also Redfin.

The current empty has only produced a few leads on Zillow this time. Not worried as it is still being worked on but it is different than last time.
Might be the high heat, might be because it is closer to the holiday.
Only got one Zillow app and it was not good. Couple other contacts fizzled out when I told them they had to fill out an application. Last one wants a house. She has a dog and said up front that an apartment wouldn't work since the neighbors would complain about the dog barking.
I appreciated her honesty.
Hoping that the wife and one kid can get a flyer made up that can be stuck on a board in the breakroom of a couple places. --107.147.xx.xx |

I do both. I agree that there are a LOT of people that apply on Zillow that Do NOT qualify even though you put the requirements in the ad. Minimum of 650 credit score.....I will not show it unless they confirm that they can meet the minimum requirements
