I am going to use Turbotenant to screen and handle Texas lease agreement. I can not figure out how to print either the application or the lease. Turbotenant has sicced their AI assistant to help me and it's only suggestion is screenshots. Has anyone been able to print an unexecuted lease on Turbotenant?

Isn't AI wonderful for customer relations?
Did you send an email to Turbo Tenant? --73.19.xxx.xx |

They were pretty straight forward at the convention this year. So much so that I am considering them, after I look into a few things.
Obviously I can not help you but I hope that you keep posting about how it gets taken care of.
I am genuinely curious. --107.147.xx.xx |

When you complete your E-version can you copy it into word?
One reason where I am not a huge fan of that process is they want to use E-Signatures. Where I like adopting technology, the new tenant orientation period is one of the most important hours I will be spending with this client.
Turbo tenant provides not only landlords copies of the L-T laws, it also provides them to the tenant. So you need to make it really clear what exactly you expect from them. I haven't found a way to do that via email. --67.140.xx.xx |

Ray I may have found a happy medium.
They have already filled out the application, seen the place and gotten a copy of the lease for them to sign electronically.
I meet them at the property before lease signing. Well some go ahead and send it over but I never sign and return a copy until we have met and talked at the property. This way I can answer any individual questions and give them certain information such as trash day, where the breaker box it or the main water shut-off.
This seems to ease everyone's minds a bit and as a bonus I get to see them in their new element.
I have not completed an in-home visit yet but it is clearly stated on my application and website that one will be required. I would think that would give a landlord the perfect opportunity to feel out the new tenants before the lease even comes into play.
As always I am open to a rebuttal for this procedure as I have proven time and again that I have holes in everything I do. --107.147.xx.xx |

I ended up doing screen captures this morning, and got the lease printed. Looks good. But none of my additional terms made it into the lease. Have asked about that but of course it is on my end.
Also, I have asked if I can print the application to at least warn folks what they will be up against. Will immediately weed some out. Plus I would like to see what it looks like.

Zero,
I believe in the sleep at night method. If how someone does business allows them to sleep at night peacefully, then it is alright as long as they are happy.
I do like how you put the mind at ease. --67.140.xx.xx |

Ray, unfortunately I am not sleeping well at night right now.
Too many irons in the fire. Just when I thought I was ready to get caught up a bunch of stuff dropped on me.
I still have only spent probably half an hour on the Trusts project.
Shame on me... but I am aware of it and I am trying to remedy the situation. --107.147.xx.xx |

Jack, this does not make me want to go with TurboTenant.
Having additional terms in both the lease and the application was the top thing I talked to them about at the convention.
I was assured it was a simple thing to do.
The main reason I have not committed to any individual package is that I do not have the freedom to add and subtract from them with ease.
Thanks for the info. --107.147.xx.xx |

After I left review stating AI was not useful, I got email from real human being. Lo and behold, terms showed up in my lease. She confirmed screen capture to get application on their demo, but said there was a way to get pdf of lease I have not tried, since I already did the screen capture. --45.154.xxx.x |

#1, I used a VPN on my desktop computer and Turbotenant flagged it and susupended my Turbotenant account. Happy they did that, not so happy how long it tood to unsupend it.
#2 I have always put one-sheet under the for rent sign. This time I added key requirements for tenants. have had several calls, no requests to see inside the house after reading the one-sheet. Huge timesaver. --172.59.xxx.xx |
