I have not run into the zero thing yet. I had a problem with my 3d tour this week but seemed like it just needed a day or two to recognize it and get it in the media portion. I love the 3d tour! What I did for the phone number is I got a tracfone for $19.99 per 3 months. I couldnt handle my personal cell ringing all day and night. Zillow does scramble the number but if you have generic voicemail, the message tells them the phone number in the voicemail message.
